"Love your neighbor as yourself."  Life is a journey of finding meaningful ways to sort that out and pour out love. This is one of mine.

A % of the income of this little business go to provide physical therapy, health and wellness services to the men going through the addiction recovery program at Brother Bryan Mission in Birmingham, AL with hopes of expanding to more recovery programs and shelters. In 2023, we were able to convert the donation clothes closet into a fitness and PT treatment center for the men at Brother Bryan.
